  • Duraclean 222 is a high alkaline immersion and coil
    galvanizing cleaner with emulsifier agent.
  • Duraclean 222 is efficient cleaner for hot dip coil
    galvanizing process and in phospahting line.

Application

  • Duraclean 222 is designed to prepare and clean of steel surface in coil galvanizing lines and in phosphating dip application processes.

    and removal of the hardness soils, remove high oil, and grease.

resistant to alkaline.

Process Sequences:

  •  Clean & Degrease with Duraclean 222 Rinsing
     Acid pickling
  • Rinsing
  •  Drying((or subsequent treatment)
  •  Reduction in oven
  •  Hot dip galvanizing

Initial Preparation

  • Add 15 to 40 kg of Duraclean 222 per 1000 liters of operating solution (in dip application) and 8 to 20 kg  (in galvanizing coil treatment line).

Precautions

  • Add product slowly with continues stirring
    as it generates heat, add to hot water.
