  • Duraclean.281 is alkaline liquid cleaner work at moderate temperature and alkalinity.

Application

  • Duraclean 281 is a low dosage, medium temperature cleaner which can be used in spray applications.

Equipment:

The main process tank can be fabricated from mild
steel. All the spray nozzles should be of stainless steel
or PVC to avoid corrosion.

Process Sequences:

  •  Cleaning/Degreasing using Duraclean 281 Water rinse
  • Metal finishing, phosphate.
  •  Drying

Initial Preparation

  • Add 20 to 40 liters of Duraclean 281 per 1000 liters of operating volume.

Precautions

  • Clean the tank at least once every month to remove all the deposited silt and dust in the bottom.
