DURA NC TOP COAT (ORANGE 201)

Product description

Colored topcoat composed of Nitrocellulose/alkyd compound & mixed organic solvents.

Usage

Used as a Color topcoat on all wooden surfaces in opaque & colored systems.

– Soft & Smooth surface.
– Anti-scratch
– High Solid Content

Physical Properties

  • – Viscosity:- 40 Pas at 25°C
    – Density:- 1.05 g/cm3
    – Solid Content:- 50 %
    – Spreading Rate:- 5 : 7.5 m2/L.
    – Drying Time:- Touch Dry 20 min. at 25°C
    Complete Dry 60 min. at 25°C
    – Color:- White – Black & colors according to Dura colors index.
    – Finish:- Gloss & Matt

Application Data

– Dilution Thinner :- Duracryl Thinner
– Mixing Ratio :- 1 Dura NC Top Coat : 0.5- 1 Duracryl Thinner
– Film Thickness :- W.F.T. 100 microns                                         D.F.T. 50 Microns

– Application Method :- Air Spray Gun – Roller – Possible with Brush

 

Surface Preparation

– Surface should be clean & dry.
– Surface should prepare with Dura NC Primer first before applying Dura
Topcoat.

Packing

Standard package: US Gallon, 18 Liters

Storage

  •  Storing temperature not exceed more than 35 Celsius.
  •  The transportation trucks and vehicles must be covered well to isolate the coatings pails,
    drums and tins from direct sunlight.
  •  The pails and tins must be stored in dry places away from high humidity.

Expiry

2 years from manufacture date. (Under normal storage conditions)
