DURA NC Putty (Grey)

Product description

1K Colored Putty composed of Nitrocellulose/alkyd compound & mixed organic solvents.

Usage

– Used as a Color base to fill all porous defects of wooden surfaces in opaque & colored
systems.
– Also used to fill the defects for metal surfaces.

– Fast Dry
– Easy to sand
– High efficiency to close pores
– High Solid Content

  • – Viscosity:-     90 Pas at 25°C
    – Density:-     1.45 ± 0.02 g/cm3
    – Solid Content:-     68 ± 2%
    – Spreading Rate:-     3 – 4 m2/L.
    – Drying Time:-     Touch Dry 20 min. at 25°C
    Complete Dry 60 min. at 25°C
    – Color:-      White – Beige – Grey
    – Finish:-       Matt

Application Data

– Dilution Thinner :- no thinner use
– Film Thickness :- W.F.T. 150 microns
D.F.T. 100 Microns
– Application Method: – Apply directly by using Putty Knife.

Surface Preparation

– Surface should be clean & dry.
– Surface should be sand with sanding paper to improve paint adhesion.

Packing

– US Gallon.

Storage

  • Storing temperature not exceed more than 37 Celsius.
  •  The transportation trucks and vehicles must be covered well to isolate the coatings pails, drums
    and tins from direct sunlight.
  •  The pails and tins must be stored in dry places away from high humidity.

Expiry

2 years from manufacture date. (Under normal storage conditions)
