Product description

Clear sealer composed of Nitrocellulose/alkyd compound & mixed organic solvents.

Usage

Used as a clear base on all wooden surfaces in clear & stained systems.

  • – Viscosity:-          300 ± 10 Sec. Ford Cup Sheen 417/6 at 25°C
    – Density:-             0.98 ± 0.02 g/cm3
    – Solid Content:-         46 ± 2%
    – Spreading Rate:-       6 – 8 m2/L.
    – Drying Time:-        Touch Dry 30 min. at 25°C
                              Complete Dry 2-4 hr. at 25°C
    – Color:-               Clear
    – Finish:-             Matt

– Dilution Thinner :-       DURA PU THINNER
– Mixing Ratio :-         4 PU Sealer FD: 2 PU Hardener FD: 2 DURA PU THINNER
– Film Thickness :-      W.F.T. 100 microns
D.F.T. 40 Microns
– Application Method :-     Air Spray Gun – Airless Spray Gun – Possible with Brush

Surface Preparation

– Surface should be clean & dry.
– Surface should be sand with sanding paper to improve paint adhesion.
