DURA NC Varnish (Matt)

Product description

Clear gloss, Semi Gloss and matt Varnish composed of Nitrocellulose/alkyd compound & mixed organic solvents.

Usage

Used as a clear base on all wooden surfaces in clear & stained systems this prepared with many kinds of nitrocellulose sealer.

  • – Viscosity:-       20-22 Pas at 25°C
    – Density:-       0.95 ± 0.02 g/cm3
    – Solid Content:-      41 ± 2%
    – Spreading Rate:-      6 – 8 m2/L.
    – Drying Time:-      Touch Dry 30 min. at 25°C
                                   Complete Dry 2-4 hr. at 25°C
    – Color:-          Clear
    – Finish:-         High Gloss – Semi Gloss – Matt

Application Data

– Dilution Thinner :-        Dura Cryl Thinner
– Mixing Ratio :-       1 Dura NC Varnish :0.5 – 1 Dura Cryl Thinner
– Film Thickness :-        W.F.T. 100 microns
D.F.T. 40 Microns
– Application Method :-      Air Spray Gun – roller – Possible with Brush

Surface Preparation

– Surface should be clean & dry.
– Surface prepared by Dura NC sealer before using Dura NC Varnish for high performance
– Surface should be sand with sanding paper to improve paint adhesion.

Packing

Standard package: US Gallon, 18 Liters

Storage

  •  Storing temperature not exceed more than 35 Celsius.
  •  The transportation trucks and vehicles must be covered well to isolate the coatings pails,
    drums and tins from direct sunlight.
  •  The pails and tins must be stored in dry places away from high humidity.

Expiry

2 years from manufacture date. (Under normal storage conditions)
