DURA NC Varnish (Matt)
Product description
Clear Semi-Gloss Varnish composed of Poly-Urethane compound & mixed organic solvents.
Usage
Used as a clear Semi-Gloss Top Coat on all wooden surfaces in clear & stained systems.
Properties
– Fast Dry: 30 minutes for touch dry.
– Gloss degree = 25- 35 @ 60° reflection angle.
– High efficiency to weathering resistance & attack resistance.
– High Solid Content
– Anti Scratch

- – Viscosity:- 60 ± 10 Sec. Ford Cup Sheen 417/4 (2:1 Butyl Acetate) at 25°C
– Density:- 0.98 ± 0.02 g/cm3
– Solid Content:- 55 minimum.
– Spreading Rate:- 6 – 8 m2/L.
– Drying Time:- Touch Dry 30 min. at 25°C
Complete Dry 2-4 hr. at 25°C

– Finish:- Semi-Gloss.

– Application Method :- Air Spray Gun – Roller – Possible with Brush
Surface Preparation
– Surface should be clean & dry.
– Surface should be filled with sanded layer of DURA PU sealer with sanding paper to improve paint adhesion, Hardness and smoothness.
