CMC 5030 is scientifically formulated using an inhibited blend of citric acid and effective corrosion inhibitor that will readily clean and scale removal like calcium carbonate, iron and copper oxides from Chiller, heat exchangers and boilers.


CMC 5030 is excellent scale inhibitor for boiler tube surfaces, Piping System Flushing Procedure, chiller system cooling towers, Evaporative Condenser and pipework.

Recommended Use Directions

The dosage of CMC 5030 will vary depending on the amount and type of deposit in the system.
CMC 5030 must be dosed according to the analysis of feed water, and the planet condition the dosage is controlled proportionally to the feed water flow.
CMC 5030 standard dose is 7 % – 8 % of feed water.
Testing of the acid strength is recommended to ensure that there is enough residual acid present to remove the deposits.

Use only a dime-sized amount of CMC 5030 Supervise children while using the product; store it away from their reach. Upon contact with a person’s eyes, it can cause irritation. The eyes should be flushed out with water for at least 15 minutes, and if the irritation continues or increases, seek medical help.
